产品介绍
欧莱斯的耐高温耐低温耐酸碱耐霉菌油墨采用进口特种树脂材料、进口颜料、助剂、溶剂等原料配制而成经过细制研磨加工组合而成，适用于各种金属、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、电镀(含水电镀)、阳氧化铝表面、静电喷漆面及烤漆面等制品的丝印及移印，不需加固化剂，不需烘烤，即可获得优异的附着力。主要用于特定用途的工业机械及家用电器、烤箱、炊具、烟道、车辆排气管等需要耐高温耐低温耐酸碱耐霉菌等恶略环境条件下的。
油墨特性：
耐高温、耐低温、耐酸碱、耐霉菌、平光、附着力佳、耐酒精、耐化学品、手感好，流平性佳、面光洁、表面硬度好，耐冲击性能强、抗刮伤、耐酒精、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、性佳。
耐高温好（长期使用温度可达400℃或以上），使用寿命长；
耐低温好（长期使用温度可达零下65℃或以上），使用寿命长；
优异的耐化学腐蚀性和耐霉菌性
应用范围：
本产品主要用于各种金属、玻璃、真空电镀、水电镀、电泳、阳氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷塑、喷粉、静电喷漆面、烤漆面以及各种天花吊顶氧化板、镜面板、覆膜板、辊涂板、喷漆面、UV漆面、电镀面表面，铝板、镀锌铁板、不锈钢、铁，涂漆板，标牌，硅胶，橡胶，塑胶PPS, 软钢板，白铁皮等制品的丝印及移印。
颜色：白，黑，红，黄，绿，蓝，紫等颜色可任意订制。
使用方法：
1.可单组份使用
 2.也可添加**固化剂做双组份使用，建议采用双组份的方式进行固化，以便达到油墨的较佳性能状态
3.可低温烘烤
4．也可高温烘烤
印刷方式：合丝印、移印、滚涂、涂抹
覆盖能力：使用300目网版，每公斤油墨约印刷30-45平方米
环保级别：通过***，ROHS，欧洲玩具安全检测ASTM，MSDS，SONY，无卤素检测
干燥条件：以加热干燥为前提。加热干燥的标准条件是以150度加热30分钟。
干燥时间请参考下表：（注：随着温度的升高和烘烤时间的延长，墨膜性所表现出的附着力和耐化学品性能好）

注意：当环境温度18℃时，请勿采用自然干燥的方式，此温度条件下油墨交联反应不能充分，故会影响到墨膜的性能。

欧莱斯MPB烤漆面金属油墨


本产品主要用于各种金属、玻璃、真空电镀、水电镀、电泳、阳氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷塑、喷粉、静电喷漆面、烤漆面以及各种天花吊顶氧化板、镜面板、覆膜板、辊涂板等制品的丝印及移印。
油墨特性：
1、平光、附着力佳、耐汽油、耐化学品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光洁；
3、表面硬度好，耐冲击性能强、抗刮伤；
4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化学品程度佳；
印刷：选用网目为100-350目，以120T网纱计算涂覆盖面积每公斤达30~35㎡。
表干时间自然挥发5-15分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，48小时后达较佳性能。
1．用配套**稀释剂开油水
2．用718洗网水洗网。
3．或添加配套硬化剂10%可增加附着力,提高墨膜硬度。
4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分钟优。
测试方法（干燥后）：
1．3M胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脱油。
使用方法：
1．建议用我公司**稀释剂进行稀释，不建议使用783慢干稀释剂稀释，使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时密封。
2．搅拌时加本公司配套开油水10-12%，稀释到印刷适合粘度，移印稀释使用移印**稀释剂；用718洗网水清洗。
3．不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则容易出现其他附着力，化学反应等不良现象。
4. 加入固化剂的油墨使用时限为8小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事项：
1．各种承印物料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需先试印，确其符合要求后，再批量生产。
2．在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量。白色追赶150都会变色，烘烤时请用木质材料垫底进行烘烤，不得直接接触铁
4．根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗处15度-30度环境下存放

Printing:
